Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live) to use chowdr. You sign in with your phone number and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and access secure.

Acceptable use

When using chowdr, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content.
• Post fake reviews, spam, or impersonate any person or business.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our data, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos and lists you post. By posting, you grant chowdr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the app and its share pages. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Reviews & place information

Place details (hours, prices, ratings and descriptions) are drawn from third-party sources and user contributions and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify details with the venue before you rely on them. chowdr does not endorse any venue and is not responsible for your experience there.

Intellectual property

The chowdr name, logo, design and software are owned by chowdr and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app except as allowed by these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, chowdr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users. You can stop using chowdr and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
